Unbalanced equipment produces vibrations that affect the stability and durability of machines. We carry out dynamic balancing services with optical sensors and accelerometers, guaranteeing mass alignment and vibration reduction in rotors, shafts and turbines.
We take periodic or continuous measurements with portable sensors or installed systems. We analyse frequencies, amplitudes and vibration patterns to detect faults, check predictive maintenance performance or validate the installation of new equipment (acceptance).
We carry out structural noise and natural vibration analyses to identify resonance modes. Based on this data, we recommend interventions that minimise the risk of failures related to natural frequencies or induced by continuous operation.
We study the dynamic behaviour of shafts and rotating components under load. We measure displacements, imbalances and transient vibrations to identify backlash, thermal misalignment and other critical problems.
Using strain gauges and torque sensors, we measure the distribution of loads and stresses in real time. This analysis is essential for detecting overloads, deformations and structural risks, preventing breakages in operation.
We install wireless sensors in temporary mode to collect continuous data over days or weeks. This solution is ideal for customers who do not yet have permanent systems and need to assess the condition of assets over complete operating cycles.
